    To make sure implement of exhibition design plan successfully, collecting related material is needed, before starting design work, the chief designer must understand fully and master necessary technical material and data. Except display place building blueprint received previously, inspecting carefully to exhibition spot, checking up some data of blueprint and spot, familiar with situation of exhibition place, understanding situation of exit facility( such as real space size, the measurement of door and window, form of opening, and form of ceiling. Besides, situation to light equipment previously (including the position of electricity, socket and light position, the method of supplying electricity and so on. If there are a large machinery equipment and electronic installation during exhibition, what’s more, it have to clear the earth surface load situation of exhibition place and load to supply electronic circuit line. After confirmation of the material, designer also must be familiar with all kinds of material’s specification、price, feature of material. Designer is asked to make detailed budget according to concrete measurement and exhibition.

 

 

     Collecting exhibit product should be based on the content of exhibition design plan, the person who supervise affairs is responsible for collecting and choosing material for collecting. The main content contain ID, unit object, product name, specification and feature. The main purpose of register is to prepare for concretion of exhibition design, at the same time, laying foundation for clean and return work of the closing of exhibition.
